Google has quietly added a new feature to Gemini, its AI assistant, that lets you generate complete Google Slides presentations from just one prompt.

You type what you need — for example, “Create a 10-slide presentation for a condo listing in Mississauga” — and Gemini builds the structure, headings, talking points, and visuals. The presentation opens directly in Google Slides, ready for edits.

It’s available in Gemini’s Canvas tool and is currently rolling out to Google Workspace and Gemini Advanced users. Full rollout is expected by mid-November 2025.

How It Works

  1. Open Gemini in your browser (gemini.google.com).

  2. Select “Create Presentation” or just type your prompt.

  3. Add a few details — topic, tone, length, and target audience.

  4. If needed, upload a document or outline for context.

  5. Gemini creates a draft deck in seconds, which you can open and refine in Google Slides.

You can also ask it to follow specific branding guidelines, include charts, or summarize attached content into slides.

Why This Matters for Real Estate Professionals

In real estate, presentations are part of daily work — listing pitches, buyer seminars, team training, or investor updates. This new feature can help by:

  • Saving time: No more building every deck from scratch.

  • Keeping consistency: Your tone and layout stay aligned across multiple presentations.

  • Speeding up ideas: You can move from concept to ready-to-present material in minutes.

For example, if you type “Build an 8-slide deck explaining the benefits of buying in Milton right now”, Gemini drafts a structure that covers market trends, affordability, and key insights. It’s not perfect, but it gives you a strong starting point.

Best Practices

Even though the results are solid, you still need to review and personalize the content.

  • Replace generic visuals with property photos or your team branding.

  • Double-check any data points or local references.

  • Adjust the tone so it sounds like you, not a generic assistant.

Think of Gemini as a fast-working assistant that handles the framework while you fine-tune the message.

The Real Tech Perspective

Google’s been adding AI features across Workspace for a while — generating emails, summarizing documents, building spreadsheets. With this update, presentations are finally part of that workflow.

For agents, brokers, or teams who handle a lot of client-facing material, this is a simple but practical upgrade. You can start using it now in Gemini’s web version or through your Workspace account.

It’s one of those small tools that won’t change how you work overnight, but it’ll quietly make your days a lot more efficient.
